If a parent wishes to obtain additional educational materials he or she may include her mail address into the app. The permission for us sending the emails granted by the parent can be taken back at any moment contacting us at carodej@matemag.cz
While playing we collect user statistics to improve our educational app. We do not consider the information itself as PII because it is anonymized. But we feel that users should know about it.

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, the nation’s consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.
We do not market nor collect any personal information from children under 13. We only collect – as it was mentioned above – game statistics which are anonymous.
